Leadership Training FAQ

WP LEAD has seen leaders who were underprepared for their position, thus creating a toxic culture. RWP LEAD is designed to deliver frontline leadership education through experiential teaching methods using situational case studies as a foundation for learning. We provide the tools and real life experiences in a truly unique format unlike other conferences.

As a SHRM Recertification General Provider, RWP LEAD is now able to award SHRM Professional Development Credits (PDCs) for HR knowledge and competency programs related to the SHRM Body of Competency and KnowledgeTM (the SHRM BoCK).

In our leadership training program, we emphasize the development of traits that we believe make a good leader, such as communication, teamwork, decision-making, problem-solving, mentoring, delegating and more.

Our programs are 3 days and are designed to leave a lasting impact on participants.

Leadership training programs are valuable for any company, but especially when businesses are expanding and adding new hires, or promoting employees into supervisory positions. As employees take on more responsibility, it’s natural they may need some guidance to become exceptional leaders.
